IBA Consultants is celebrating its Silver Anniversary 1996-2021
When I opened our first Florida office in 1996, the arena of building envelope consultants was in its infancy; contractors and developers just assumed that buildings would inherently have some leakage, and the goal was just to minimize building envelope failures as much as possible. I was passionate about how we could change that mindset. Today, the use of services like ours is normal and routine, and the developer’s expectation now is that buildings don’t have to fail and that buildings will not leak. Since opening 25 years ago, IBA has worked on more than 7500 of the world’s most incredible projects, and to celebrate our milestone anniversary, we created a 25-year retrospective.
