The Palazzo in Las Vegas is an all-suite, luxury resort featuring over 3,000 rooms, starting at a spacious 720 square feet, all with sunken living rooms and marble baths. Connected to The Venetian, it offers upscale dining, a 105,000 sq ft casino, and direct access to the Grand Canal Shoppes.

Initially retained in 2006, IBA worked with BWA on the design and construction phases of the 4 sided structurally glazed curtainwall, roofing and waterproofing systems. After Jeff Sofer re-acquired the property back in 2021, we were contacted and requested to provide consulting and inspection services to complete the project, picking up where we had left off.

This Forbes Four-Star and AAA Four Diamond luxury property is located in Henderson, NV. The resort features a 92,000 sf casino, over 390 rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. IBA provide GC consulting, WP consulting, Jobsite consulting, & Jobsite testing.

Hard Rock Tejon
Hard Rock Casino Tejon
Located about 80 miles north of Los Angeles near Mettler, California. The property features over 150,000 sf of gaming space. Opened in November 2025, it marked a historic milestone as the first full-scale gaming and entertainment property in Kern County, creating over 1,000 permanent jobs.
