Jim Moran Foundation
The Jim Moran Foundation building is a new 63,151 sf, five-story headquarters at 4545 N. Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The building features textured, angular surfaces, bronze metal panels, and landscaping designed to provide a campus-like oasis.Designed by Hastings Architecture and built by Stiles, the hurricane-resistant (Category 5) building will house the Foundation and the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship.

Miami Cruise Ship Terminal B, operated by Norwegian Cruise Lines as “The Pearl of Miami,” is among the largest cruise terminals in the world, designed to accommodate ships with 5,000 passengers and more.Defying more traditional terminal design, both terminals incorporate contemporary, moderndesign elements with glass walls facing the water, allowing natural light to permeate the facility.

Concourse J is the newest concourse at Miami Airport, designed to address the growing international flights flowing through the facility. The concourse was designed by Carlos Zapata and M.G.E., one of the largest Hispanic-owned architecture firms in Florida and
features 15 international-capable gates as well as the airport’s only gate (J17) with three jet bridges specifically designed for the Airbus A380.

Amerant Bank Arena, located in Sunrise, Florida, is the premier sports and entertainment venue home to the NHL’s Florida Panthers. Opened in 1998, it hosts over 125 events annually—including concerts, family shows, and hockey—with a seating capacity of 19,250 for ice hockey and up to 23,000 for concerts.

. Opened in 2011, this project was a collaboration with conductor Michael Tilson Thomas and represents Gehry's first design in Florida. Home to the New World SymphonyThe building is known for its white stucco, geometric exterior, and a 100-by-80-foot glass wall.
