Bristol Tower
Located on the southern end of the Brickell neighborhood, Bristol Tower is a 40-story bayfront condominium high-rise known for its circular design and 270-degree views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and downtown Miami. The building combines stunning, elegant curvilinear lines, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and full wrap-around balconies, a spectacular location and amazing structural innovation.

Water Street
Tampa’s Water Street District is a revolutionary development in urban transformational design
from ground level and skyward. When completed, the District will combine gleaming glass towers of varying heights and designs for inspired living and office spaces, as well as interconnected retail/entertainment venues and open green spaces. From construction through occupation, the community will stress connectivity, sustainability, health/wellness, technology and aesthetics.

170 Amsterdam
Located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, the 20-story 170 Amsterdam Apartments is a thoughtfully and artistically conceived structure with a unique exoskeleton design, symbolically suggesting ballerinas’ legs inspired by the proximity to Lincoln Center. With floor-to-ceiling windows providing expansive cityscape views, it is widely considered one of the most beautiful and architecturally significant buildings in the Lincoln Center neighborhood.
170 Amsterdam

Carlton House
located at 21 East 61st Street (680 Madison Avenue) on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, is a premier 16-story luxury condominium building. The building houses 68 luxury residences, ranging from two-bedroom units to a 9,700-square-foot six-bedroom penthouse.Originally the Helmsley Carlton House Hotel, it was transformed in 2015 by Extell Development Company.

The Icon Tower
(306 West 48th Street), completed in 2009, is a
43-story, 157.4-meter (517 ft) residential skyscraper located in the heart of Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. Designed by Ismael Levya Architects this sleek, wedge-shaped, glass-clad tower is a prominent modern addition to the West Side skyline, often noted for its striking, curved, cascading rooftop bulkhead.

Heron Tower
A premier luxury dual-tower residential development in downtown Tampa, Florida, located at 815 Water Street. Completed in March 2021, the development consists of two "sibling" towers, one 26 stories and the other 21 stories, connected by a shared retail podium. designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF). The building is recognized for its biophilic design, sustainability, and direct access to the waterfront and City Riverwalk.
